Warranty Policy

The warranty policy applies to all watches and bags sold on the titanwatches.vn website unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs for warranty products will be borne by the customer. 

1. For Watches: 

  • Titan watches with distributor tags 
  • Valid warranty card / Order confirmation from Titan Vietnam website 
  • Watches not repaired elsewhere 
  • Technical issues like malfunctioning movement, water ingress due to technical faults 
  • Warranty covers only internal components such as repair, replacement of internal parts, not replacement with another watch 
  • Battery replacement within the warranty period 
  • Warranty is valid only with a valid warranty card / Order confirmation from Titan Vietnam, containing complete information such as watch code, place of purchase, purchase date, buyer information, and must be within the specified warranty period. 
  • The warranty period is calculated from the purchase date as recorded on the warranty card / Order confirmation from Titan Vietnam. 


2. Conditions not covered by warranty :
 

  • Battery life not covered 
  • Indirect consequences of improper watch usage by the user are not covered 
  • Watches repaired at non-authorized locations are not covered 
  • External parts like case, glass, strap, crown... External parts repaired will incur charges with customer's consent.
