Delivery Policy

To ensure that products reach customers with the highest quality through a standardized and convenient process, Dragonfly Select Brands Vietnam Company provides the following delivery policy:

Free home delivery service nationwide for all orders. Applicable to customers purchasing on the website, e-commerce platforms, and directly at the store.

Orders will be delivered to the customer's provided address through reputable intermediary transportation services such as Grab, Ahamove, etc.

 

Delivery time :

  • Within Ho Chi Minh City: 1-2 days after placing the order.
  • Orders in other provinces and cities: 3-7 days after placing the order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Responsibilities of the transporter :

  • Ensure the complete and safe transportation of assets to the designated location, within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Deliver assets to the rightful recipient.
  • Purchase civil liability insurance as required by law.
  • Compensate the lessee for damages in case the transporter loses or damages the assets, except in cases of other agreements or legal provisions.

 

Rights of the transporter :

  • Verify the authenticity of assets, waybills, or equivalent transportation documents.
  • Refuse to transport assets that do not match the agreed-upon type of assets in the contract.
  • Request the lessee to pay the transportation fees on time.
  • Refuse to transport assets prohibited from trading, assets with dangerous characteristics, if the transporter

 

Responsibilities of the lessee :

  • Pay the full transportation fees to the transporter within the agreed-upon timeframe and method.
  • Provide necessary information related to the transported assets to ensure their safety during transportation.
  • Supervise the assets during transportation, if agreed upon. If the transporter supervises the assets and the assets are lost or damaged, no compensation will be provided.

Rights of the lessee :

  • Request the transporter to transport assets to the agreed-upon location and time.
  • Receive assets back directly or designate a third party to receive the transported assets.
  • Compensate for damages.


Responsibilities for compensation for damages :

  • The transporter must compensate for damages to the lessee if the assets are lost or damaged.
  • The lessee must compensate for damages to the transporter and third parties for damages caused by the transported assets with dangerous or harmful characteristics without proper packaging or safety assurance during transportation.
  • In cases of force majeure leading to the loss, damage, or destruction of transported assets, the transporter is not responsible for compensating for damages, except in cases of other agreements or legal provisions.

 

General provisions :

  • Order processing time is from 9:00 to 17:00 - Monday to Friday each week.
  • Please contact the consultant for assistance in case of special delivery requests.
  • Your order will be delivered a maximum of 2 times. In case the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a staff member will contact you to arrange the second delivery schedule. If we still cannot contact you or receive any feedback from you, the order will no longer be valid.

  • When the goods are delivered to you, please sign confirmation with the delivery staff and check the quantity and accuracy of the delivered goods.
  • Please keep the shipping receipt and purchase invoice for verification.
