1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

The main data collection on the website includes: full name, email, phone number, customer address in the contact section. These are the information that we require members to provide when they request advice or want to purchase products, and for us to contact and confirm with customers on the website to ensure consumer rights. Members will be responsible for the security and storage of all service usage activities under the information they provide and their email inbox. In addition, members are responsible for promptly notifying our website of any unauthorized use, exploitation, security breaches, retaining third-party usernames and passwords to have appropriate solutions. 


2. USE OF INFORMATION

We use member information to: 

  • Authenticate orders and deliver goods to members upon request; 
  • Provide product information to customers if requested; 
  • Send follow-up emails and promotions about products we sell; 
  • Send notifications about website activities; 
  • Communicate and resolve user issues in special cases; 
  • Not use user personal information outside of defined purposes and transaction communications; 
  • When requested by law enforcement agencies including inspection authorities, construction authorities, and police agencies investigating customer legal violations. 

 

    3. INFORMATION STORAGE PERIOD

    Member personal data will be stored until requested by an administrator to be deleted. All valid personal information will be securely stored on our server. 

     

    4. PERSONS OR ORGANIZATIONS WITH ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
    The parties that may access customer personal information fall into one of the following categories: 
    • Company employees; 
    • Partners performing a part of the Company's services. These partners will receive information based on reasonable consent (partial or complete information depending on the contract terms) to provide support for users of services provided by the Company.

    6. MEANS AND TOOLS FOR USERS TO ACCESS AND EDIT THEIR PERSONAL DATA

    Members have the right to automatically check, update, adjust, or cancel their personal information by contacting the website administrator to perform this task. Members also have the right to file complaints about information security by contacting the Website Administration Board. Upon receiving these responses, we will verify the information again, and if reasonable, based on member options, we will have appropriate processing solutions. 

     

    7. RECEIVING AND RESOLVING CONSUMER COMPLAINT MECHANISMS :

    • Any disputes between the Company and Users will be resolved based on commercial principles.  
    • In case of failure to reach agreement, either party has the right to bring the matter to a competent People's Court for resolution.  
    • If quality resolution or mediation cannot be achieved as above, the aggrieved party may gather evidence such as emails, messages, etc., and contact the company. The company will contact the affected party to resolve the issue. If the matter exceeds our jurisdiction, we will propose transferring the matter to competent state agencies and continue to provide support to ensure the best resolution for the violation. 
    User personal information is strictly connected according to the personal information protection policy. Collection and use of information from each member will only be carried out with their consent, except as otherwise provided by law. We do not use, transfer, provide, or disclose third-party personal information without user permission.
     
    In the event of a server storing information being hacked resulting in the loss of personal data, we will be responsible for providing information about timely processing mechanisms and notifying affected users.  
     
    Absolute security for all online transaction information of members, including digital information encryption certificates. The management board requires individuals registering/purchasing to provide complete relevant personal information such as: full name, contact address, email, phone number, etc., and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.  
     
    The management board is not responsible for nor resolves any complaints related to member rights if all personal information provided by the member during initial registration is found to be inaccurate.
