Inventory Inspection Policy

1. Definition: Inventory inspection involves checking and comparing the products/items received in the titanwatches.vn shipment with the products in the customer's order.

 

    2. Inspection Timing: titanwatches.vn accepts joint inspection with the delivery staff at the time of receipt (or within 30 minutes from the time the customer receives the goods.) After receiving the goods, if the customer discovers any discrepancies, they can contact the customer service department for assistance with exchanges or returns.

    Note: Customers should record a video while opening the package for reference if necessary.

     

    3. Scope of Goods Inspection: Customers are allowed to count the actual number of received products, compare and contrast the received products with the items ordered on the invoice after the staff confirms the order based on the following criteria:

    • According to the basic attributes of the goods: product name, quantity, customer information on order documents.
    • According to the models displayed by the product's representative image saved when ordering and after being confirmed by the staff.
    • Absolutely do not open sealed product boxes or tamper-evident seals.
    • Do not scratch or use codes on products with points, exchange gifts.
    • Customers are kindly requested not to unwrap and use products in the package while still in the process of inspecting goods with us.

     

    4. Steps to Take When Goods Received Do Not Match the Order: 
      • If the customer conducts a joint inspection and the received products do not match the products ordered on the invoice, please contact the hotline: (+84) 070 888 1010 to meet with the customer service department to confirm the order.
      • In cases where titanwatches.vn incorrectly packs the order as per the customer's request, the customer may refuse to receive the goods and make payment. In the event that the order has been paid for, the customer may request a new order or not, and titanwatches.vn will refund the customer's money as soon as possible.
