Exchange Policy

1. Items can be returned under the following conditions: 

  • Items have technical defects from the manufacturer. 
  • Incorrect quantity delivered, incomplete sets as per the order. 
  • Not matching the model, style as ordered by the customer. 
  • Products are scratched, broken, rusted, etc. 


Customers are responsible for providing relevant documentation to prove the shortcomings in order to complete the return/exchange process.
 

2. Mandatory conditions for exchanges: 

  • Must have a purchase receipt. 
  • Products must be unused. 
  • Items must include all accessories, packaging, gifts (if any). 


In case the product is out of stock in the warehouse to fulfill the order, customers can exchange it for another product of equal or higher value.
 

3. Cases where items cannot be returned: 

  • Customers cause damage during installation and incorrect use. 
  • Changing product model, quantity without prior notice before delivery. 
  • Self-inflicted damage to packaging, scratches, installed products, etc. 


Customers have checked the condition of the goods, received them, and have not provided any feedback about the product within 48 hours.
 

Notes: 

  • The product exchange policy will apply within 07 days from the date the customer receives the order. 
  • Exchange and repair procedures will be carried out according to the supplier's regulations. 


4. Notification and return shipping timeframes:
 

  • Notification time for returns: within 48 hours from receiving the product in case of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage. 
  • Return shipping time: within 14 days from receiving the product.
